FAQ

International Shipping

I do ship internationally to any countries open to  accepting packages from the US! If I find that I am unable to send you your order, I will reach out to refund/cancel it.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I will not lable items as gifts to lessen VATs.

Pre-order shipping 

I ship out orders that contain pre-order merchandise ALL together (along with the non-prorder items within the order) once I have the pre-order items. I do not ship items separately unless they were in 2 or more separate orders.

Merch production doesn't start until the end of the set pre-order period. After that it takes 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped to me. Every preorder listing has an estimated shipping date so please be sure to check it before checking out.

Where is my pre-order/what's the status of my pre-order?

Firstly please be sure to read the product description to get an estimate on product manufacturing and shiping times. You can also check out the pre-order updates page to see how certain merchendise is coming along!

If you recieved an incorrect order / a missing item / a damaged item / or your package has been marked as "delivered" but is still missing

Please contact me and I will do my best to help you and fix the problem!

Returned orders / Incorrect address returns

If you have made an error in your shipping information, please be sure to notify me. Otherwise, if the post office returns a package to me because of incorrect address information, you will have to purchase an additional shipping fee.

I gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase

 

I don't accept returns or exchanges

All sales are final, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please have patience as I try my best to pack orders, I am only a one person team with sometimes up to hundreds of orders due at once. Again, if you have questions about the status of you order, please don't hesitate to contact me.

 

Stickers, Buttons, and Patches

If you've ordered only die-cut stickers, buttons and patches, I will send them out via a stamped envelope with no tracking. Only when bundled with other tracked items will they have tracking included.
